The vision of the office
To be one of the leading law firms in the United Arab Emirates, distinguished in the practice of law and the provision of legal services in accordance with the highest global standards, ensuring the defense of its clients’ rights and interests before all types and levels of courts in the UAE. Additionally, to represent clients before courts in the Arab Republic of Egypt, particularly in commercial and civil cases, as well as debt collection for banks through the Cairo office.

We specialize in dispute resolution and act as neutral mediators to resolve conflicts arising between parties – Criminal cases – Personal status cases – Cases brought before the Rental Dispute Settlement Committee.
Banking cases of all types, including accounting disputes, loan debt collection, labor cases, project-related disputes involving banks, and filing reports.
Contracting company cases, whether between them and other companies (subcontractors), between them and their clients, or between partners within the company.
Compensation cases with insurance companies and guarantee claims, as well as commercial company and institution cases involving their clients and employees.
Cases involving maritime shipping companies and customs, as well as disputes between import and export companies with their clients and customs authorities.
