Current Position and Legal Practice: General Manager of Majid Al Sheikh Lawyers and Legal Consultants Office, operating in both Abu Dhabi and Dubai. He is a lawyer before the Court of Cassation, the Constitutional Court, and the Supreme Administrative Court in Egypt.
Arbitration Experience: A registered arbitrator with the Conciliation and Commercial Arbitration Center of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry, having handled numerous arbitration cases and obtained rulings. Also a registered arbitrator at the International Islamic Center for Reconciliation and Arbitration in Dubai.
Legal Career and Training: Served as a pleading attorney before the Abu Dhabi Court in numerous cases from 2007 until the end of March 2012. He has over 35 years of legal experience in Egypt and the UAE, with more than 30 years of practicing law in the UAE. He has trained over 500 lawyers in Cairo and more than 30 in the UAE.
Areas of Expertise: Specializes in drafting commercial, civil, and criminal legal memoranda, as well as legal briefs and appeals before the Court of Appeal and Court of Cassation. He is also experienced in arbitration cases, insurance disputes, and medical malpractice claims, having issued several arbitration rulings at the Abu Dhabi Center.
